Venue

Most of our festival programming is hosted at the Gaelic College, at the beginning of the St. Ann’s Bay loop of the Cabot Trail—the Artisans’ Loop. This stretch of the Trail is called a loop because it circles St. Ann’s Bay. Watch for lots of dazzling views!

In 2022, we are also hosting events at the Great Hall of the Wagmatcook Culture & Heritage Centre (in Wagmatcook, about 25 minutes south of the Gaelic College, off the Trans-Canada Highway) and at the Inverness County Centre for the Arts (in Inverness, about an hour and 15 minutes from the Gaelic College).

Beautiful Cape Breton Island

Situated on the world-famous Cabot Trail, the Gaelic College provides the perfect escape, while also being just minutes from the Village of Baddeck, offering many amenities and activities right within reach. Just over an hour from the Canso Causeway that leads you onto Cape Breton Island, take the Trans Canada Highway 105 and keep an eye out for Exit 11. We’ll be here waiting for you!

Visit the Gaelic College website for information on location and accomodations.
